During 2020 I created some virtual packages due to necessity. I will keep them for those who are giving birth in an area that doesn't have doulas available, but would like one.
​ These virtual visits can help enlighten, empower, & encourage you during your pregnancy, labor, & postpartum, even when a doula can't be with you physically.

Virtual Package A

  • One 2 hour virtual prenatal visit covering choices in labor & birth, addressing fears & giving evidence-based information
  • Assistance in writing Birth Preference List.
  • One 1 hour virtual prenatal visit at 36-37 weeks, covering comfort techniques & what early & active labor looks like.
  • Text & email support during pregnancy.
  • One virtual postpartum visit.

Virtual Package B

In addition to everything in Package 1, this package includes:
  • Text, phone & virtual support during labor
  • Text and email support through 6 weeks postpartum
